The Miracles

Since 1858 in Lourdes, seventy cures have been recognised as miraculous; the most recent, that of Sister Bernadette Moriau, dates from 2018.
The Bureau of Medical Observations, created in 1883 and today under the responsibility of Doctor Alessandro de Franciscis, has recorded more than 7000 dossiers of cures.
What makes a cure recognised as miraculous? How does the process work? Who decides? What miraculous cures have taken place? You can find out by visiting the exhibition at the Bureau of Medical Observations.
